Top 15 Most Frequently Searched Apartment Features and Community Amenities on ApartmentGuide.comAugust 25, 2009
ATLANTA (Aug. 25, 2009) - Apartment Guide, a leading resource for apartment searches nationwide, today announced the top apartment features and community amenities consumers searched for on ApartmentGuide.com from February to August 2009.

Searches for short-term lease options have also become more prevalent. Distance (of apartment from city center) and price range were also key factors in people's online searches. Not surprisingly, five miles from city center was preferred, followed by 10 and 20 miles respectively. The majority of people looking for a place to live on ApartmentGuide.com searched for apartments in the $500-$700 price range followed by Any-$500 and $700-$900.
